Parent Consent I consent to have my child(ren) photographed by McGill Photography.  

Gallery and Delivery
A private, password-protected online gallery will be made available within four (4) weeks of your session. You may select your included number of images from this gallery. Additional digital images can be purchased after the session at a higher rate than those listed on the pre-purchase website. This applies to portrait sessions only.

Class Photo
The class photo is supplied as a hard-copy print only and is not available as a digital image.

Post-Processing and Retouching
Post-processing of all photographs is completed in accordance with the Photographer’s established artistic style, consistent with their professional portfolio. Any additional retouching or editing requested by the Client beyond the Photographer’s standard process will be billed at $50.00 per hour.

Client Responsibility
I’ll always do everything I can to capture happy, smiling photos of your child, and create a relaxed, positive experience.  However, the Photographer shall not be held responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. The Photographer is not responsible if the Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions, or for missed images due to details not disclosed prior to the session.

Copyright and Usage
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all photographs. The Client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the non-watermarked images for personal use.
