Q: How are my photos delivered?
A: We typically process and deliver orders via an online password protected gallery within 4 weeks of images taken. The email you have used to place your order is the email the gallery will be sent to. The only image not delivered in this method is the class photo.
Q: Is the class photo available as a digital?
A: The class photo is only available in hard copy. The class photo will be delivered to your centre to be handed out by staff.
Q: Post-processing?
A: Post-processing of all photographs is completed in accordance with the Photographer’s established artistic style, consistent with their professional portfolio. Any additional retouching or editing requested by the Client beyond the Photographer’s standard process will be billed at $50.00 per hour.
